About Me

Matt has a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Theory from Carnegie MellonUniversity. His expertise is in collaboration and group conflict management,and his research focuses on trust among team members, team knowledge-sharing and coordination, how conflict is expressed and experienced on teams, and thevalue of team member well-being to collaboration. Beyond these research topics, he is passionate about human-centered people analytics and is guided by theprinciple that what's good for the employee is good for the team and theorganization.
