The mission behind
AwakeTeams

1. Empower employees to show up fully

Employee disengagement is prevalent and costly, both in terms of unfulfilled human potential and impact to the bottom line in lost productivity. We move the needle on key engagement drivers to get employees back online.

2. Create belonging at work

We know more than ever that we are in all of this together, yet we are working remotely and struggling with inclusivity. AwakeTeams brings teams together and creates the conditions for authentic connection and productive collaboration.

3. Shift Organizational Culture

AwakeTeams creates a ripple effect as more and more teams complete the curriculum, speak the new language, and practice the new behaviors. The alumni create an ongoing wave effect in the organization.

Our Story

AwakeTeams trains teams together to create a new culture of practices that increase engagement over time.

Through a team learning model and curriculum, trust-building, effective communication, and productive collaboration skills are developed and measurably improved over time.

The team approach increases program engagement, allows for peer learning, and reveals blind spots through anonymous peer assessment. Each teammate is accountable for their own and the team's performance, so the team is encouraged to model and teach strong points and learn from others on weak points.
